🛍️ Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to return the item or items concerned.

When the return conditions described on this page are met, EastSideShoes will process the return or refund request in accordance with this policy.

✅ Return Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging (with tags, accessories, instructions, etc.).

  • Be returned in new condition suitable for resale.

  • Be accompanied by the order number and the reason for the return.

Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot unfortunately be accepted.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Items purchased as part of a final sale.

  • Gift cards or digital products (where applicable).

  • Personalized items or items made to order.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

The return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the event of an error on our part (defective item or item not conforming to the order).
We recommend using a shipping method with tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost during the return shipment.

No restocking fee will be charged.

💸 Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will inform you by e-mail whether your refund has been approved or refused.
If your return is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 to 15 business days.

  • The original shipping costs are non-refundable.

🧾 Defective Item or Order Error

In the event of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  • A clear photo of the product concerned,

  • The order number.

We will then offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on the circumstances.
