1. How do I place an order?
To place an order, browse our collections, choose your item, select the size, then click “Add to cart”. Then follow the checkout process until confirmation.

What are the processing and delivery times?
Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours.
Average delivery times after shipping are as follows:

  • Metropolitan France: 2 to 5 business days
  • Belgium / Luxembourg: 2 to 5 business days
  • Europe: 7 to 15 business days
  • Rest of the world: 15 to 25 business days
  • Free shipping on orders over €150.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on carrier availability.

3. Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to request a return or exchange.
Procedure:
1. Contact us or access your account.
2. Open a return request.
3. Follow the instructions to return the item.

The refund will be issued after the products have been received and inspected.

4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay/Google Pay, as well as other payment methods depending on your region.

Yes. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, items sold on EastSideShoes are physically stored in France before shipping.

8. Is EastSideShoes the official website for the brands sold?
No. EastSideShoes is an independent reseller. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not officially affiliated with the brands featured on the site.
